Combined storage tanks for 2-in-1 heat pump systems are a multifunctional device that provides efficient, hygienic domestic water heating in a continuous flow principle and water cooling or heating. This vertical double tank combines two devices in one, optimizing energy consumption and space utilization. The upper part of the tank is designed to heat hot water, while the lower part provides heating return and defrost energy to the heat pump. Its insulated structure allows for large temperature differences to be maintained, for example, by providing hot water heating and cooling of an underfloor heating system at the same time in summer.
The 2-in-1 double tank consists of:
- Boiler (150 liter capacity) with a spiral stainless steel heat exchanger (2.2 m²), which performs water heating functions;
- Heating storage tank (150 liter capacity), which stores heat for the needs of the heating system (for example, underfloor heating or radiators).
Both tank components are made of durable stainless steel, ensuring durability and reliability. The upper tank is equipped with an electric heater (3 kW), which provides an additional heat source when needed.
In a water supply system, the upper part includes an inlet for cold water from the water supply network and an outlet for hot water, for example, for a shower or bath. The lower part contains the inlet and outlet for the heat carrier to ensure the efficient operation of the heating system.
Integration with various heat sources : This combination unit can be connected to heat pumps, solar collectors and other autonomous heating systems, allowing you to get the most out of multiple heat sources. It is the ideal choice for autonomous water supply and heating systems, combining a heat accumulation tank and a hot water boiler in one device.
